Parameters · Constant


Constant parameters are static data like numbers, vectors, colors and matrices, or loaded and shared resources like images, textures and video.

Float

A single floating point value

Float 2

A two element vector of floating point values

Float 3

A three element vector of floating point values

Float 4

A four element vector of floating point values

Float 2x2

A two by two matrix of floating point values

Float 3x3

A three by three matrix of floating point values

Float 4x4

A four by four matrix of floating point values

Color

A four element vector of floating point values, displayed in the user interface using a color picker control

Texture 2D

A two dimensional texture image, imported from a file.

Video

A two dimensional texture image with playback controls, imported from a file.

Shared Image

A two dimensional texture image shared from another process using a sharing mechanism like Syphon or Spout.
